DIRECTIONS
From HWY-167 take the Auburn 15th Street SW exit toward the Auburn Supermall. Go over the freeway driving East and you will approach the Opus Park Building on your right. Take a right into the first entrance and the studio is in suite 109. Note: make sure you take the 15th street SW exit, not NW off WA-167.

Exclusive Floor Rental Rates:
• Entire Space = $85/hour
• Large Floors = $25/hour
• Small Floor = $20/hour
Non-Exclusive Floor Rental Rates:
• Any Floor = $15/hour
